Noonan, CHA started IDH after 25 years of experience with Top International Hotel companies in the United States. From humble beginnings as bellman, he learned the true meaning of hospitality by working his way up. Now a Certified Hotel Administator for over ten years, Mr. Noonan has the vision to carry IDH into the twenty first century.
